Actualized Counseling and Community currently offers individual counseling to meet your mental health needs. To let you know what to expect from the therapeutic process, we begin with an initial clinical assessment to better understand what you have been feeling and experiencing. Then we develop a treatment plan to set goals and objectives to better measure your progress and celebrate your wins.
Pricing
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, AETNA, and TRICARE insurance. For those who are looking to use their insurance you will be responsible for your co pay at the beginning of each appointment. If your are paying out of pocket our initial clinical assessment will be $130 for an hour and $120 for every individual therapy session going forward (sessions last from 45-50 minutes). We accept cash, check, card, and PayPal.
